Growing company. only ~120 employees currently

Cons

Cynical, micromanaging supervisors. Do not reward hard work, but rather experience and smooth talk. Do not demand and reward based on quality and quantity of work, but rather who the uneducated supervisors personally like.

Steady growth allows for room to grow and move around within the organization.

Cons

Lower wages outside of sales and marketing departments. You may get a promotion or a different title in another department with more responsibility but no increase in compensation.
