Genuine people, genuine company

Pros

I've been really impressed by the people that work here. I've heard people here say that ASEA feels like a big family, and I agree. Granted, any family of 200 people is not going to be perfect, but I have found many people here who genuinely care about the company's mission and genuinely care about helping fellow employees. This company really tries to practice what it preaches - core values such as humanity, authenticity, and growth. They offer great perks, rewards, and opportunities. I've never felt more valued as an employee than I do here at ASEA.

Cons

There seems to be some disconnect and/or resentment between departments.

Great Company!

Pros

I love working at ASEA. The people I work with are great. They have fair business practices. The benefits are amazing. I've had a chance to develop my skills thanks to managers who have also been mentors.

Cons

No tuition reimbursement. No work from home options.

Great growing company

Pros

Outside of Customer Support, great company to work for. Lots of growth opportunities and a great sense of "family". They take good care of employees.

Cons

A lot of the work comes from changes made by leadership under the direction from field leadership. Company allows the field to dictate the direction of the company too much.
