Pros

Outside of Customer Support, great company to work for. Lots of growth opportunities and a great sense of "family". They take good care of employees.

Cons

A lot of the work comes from changes made by leadership under the direction from field leadership. Company allows the field to dictate the direction of the company too much.

Pros

ASEA has some of the best people I've ever seen in all the companies in my career in multiple levels of the company. The management team is very kind, and do their best. They care about the employees, and throw 2 fun company parties a year with a generous gift. ASEA also gives merit increases each year without fail, holiday cash, and when the company meets their goals, pays bonus.

Cons

The company seems to be behind on process flow, how decisions are made, who makes them, and what priorities are for each dept. Company-wide communication could be more timely.
