Lack of support and resources for offices outside of the UK. No clear strategy to guide and grow as part of a global organization. A clear example of not being set up for success as an extension of the organization in the UK. Out of sight, Out of mind.

Wearing two hats can be hard, you have your client's best interests at heart, but also your AMS how do I maximize revenue hat on. The 2 aren't always the same. As a service provider, not all clients respect you and your professionalism, your specialist knowledge etc. Annual review process sucks - very subjective versus objective. Difficult to get promoted unless you are in "the click" despite your previous experiences elsewhere pre-AMS.Necessity to keep existing and new accounts serviced means that many new people have been hired, not all of them are at the level that we used to hire at.
