Experts in talent acquisition. Global. Lot of mobility opportunities.

Cons

Leadership is primarily concentrated in the UK and stumbling in Americas to deliver for staff and clients. They need to empower staff and leaders locally. Over promise and are not always delivering on them.

A large list of clients with opportunities to gain experience working in different sectors.

Cons

Lack of structure with Leadership and slow to make decisions on employee issues. Management plays favorites and opportunities are given to those individuals. Lack of diversity in management.

Reasonable salary. Reasonable work to life balance.

Cons

Despite the over-emphasis of company values within the business, there doesn't appear to be a clear strategy. The company is driven by a cabal of senior management who are unable to consider issues that don't impact them directly. Headlong rush to expand in recent years appears to be at the expense of good business practice. If you are not on the top table, your views will be ignored! There is a constant diet of propaganda informing staff how rosy the future of AMS will be but ignores inherent risks that will be encountered along the way.
