      Quickly growing and evolving company. The sky is the limit at AMS. They also offer the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      With the quick ever changing and growing environment comes growing pains. However, we work through them as a team and always drive solutions to our Clients

      A company that enables you to do great work and really progress. In my 9+ years with AMS I have grown and developed further and faster than I ever thought possible. I have exceeded my own expectations

      - big variety of accounts and projects - huge organigram of people to meet and learn from - trainings, activities, events

      Cons

      - salary under the average - lots of people, but very few real professionals (especially among managers) - the company is turning into a machine, levelling down development and focusing only on numbers
