New starters are afforded a strong/good induction with AMS, this is in relation to AMS values, services and products. Senior AMS leaders are approachable - which is refreshing, and will take the time to guide and mentor individuals if they have relevant questions. Excellent client base allows individuals to have a long and varied career with the ability to work globally.

Cons

Certain clients can be unfairly demanding where scope creep has a tendency to impact and add to a recruiter’s already high workload. Pace of client life can impact new starter training adversely, certainly in regards to an individual receiving a poor handover.

Hard work, but highly rewarding. The core values are displayed by the leaders of this organization in an open, honest, tangible way. Outcome based environment- bloom where you are planted and the opportunities are endless.

Cons

Fast paced and sometimes a little too focused on making the customer happy which can burden the team at times.
