- Great opportunities for external recruiters looking to move into internal recruitment - AMS Internal mobility offers amazing opportunities (Location, Function) - Very good base salary (compare to external recruitment) - Top Tier clients from various industries to work with

Cons

- Very slow career progression and limited career path options - Bonus scheme does not encourage performance - Internal politics can over employee performance - Company Culture (Client's company culture take easily over AMS)

Pros

The culture at AMS is one of integrity and fun. I am allowed to make decisions and manage while also serving my conscience in a high paced culture. Too many companies make decisions based solely on the bottom line and I have heard and seen the management teams make decisions because it was "the right thing to do".

Cons

The Americas is a high growth market which leaves some feeling the growing pains at times due to quick turnaround times, long hours, or just the feeling of not knowing. I feel though that the work we do today will be a huge reward at the end of this journey.
