Good brand names to recruit for, some talented people, but little else

Cons

It is an RPO and they tend to oversell to engage new clients. Unfortunately, they'll have you jumping through hoops to meet the client's expectations which, thanks to the CSMs are rather unrealistic. Career progression depends on how well you brown-nose. And you'd better not be foreign and you'd better not use your brain either. Did I mention you end up working for peanuts?
