Variety, Flexibility, Calibre of People, always striving to improve & grow, Global footprint

Cons

Work-life balance. A lot is expected from people Clique mentality at HQ - this often means conflicting priorities between managing clients well and developing career (if you're not selling yourself to certain leaders it just isn't easy to progress at a senior level) Remote countries not supported centrally (HR, IT etc)

Extremely long hours expected, lack of bonus and career progression an issue, some managers very challenged to manage well. Not great communication from leaders
