Pros

I've been here two years and coming to AMS has been the best career move I've made in a decade. Things I value: Great leadership with clear vision The most diverse workforce I think I've ever been part of. Lots of women in senior positions and very diverse workforce in terms of cultures, ethnicity and disabilities. Very progressive approach to flexible working, very family friendly policies Great buzz and engagement around the place and really interesting work Lots of long-serving employees who've seen significant career development here as well as many people who've left and come back to AMS at a later time - for me a sign of an attractive workplace.

Cons

Some slow-moving decision making such as clarifying roles and responsibilities when reorganising and investing in new or improved systems That's all I can think of really, AMS ticks all the boxes for me.

Pros

Very friendly and informal culture, easy to connect to colleagues across the organisation on all levels. Strong values which are reflected in what we do and who we work with. Extremely agile in placing employees around the globe, geographical moves are strongly encouraged. Brave decisions and creative solutions are celebrated. Possibility for flexible working hours, or working from home (depending on the account).

Cons

Its expertise can be a limitation for employees - the focus is purely recruitment outsourcing with no development opportunities outside of this thin scope. Geographical moves are possible as long as the employee is happy to do the same role for a different client in a different location. Bonus structure is very unclear and payout unpredictable. HR support of employees are often poor.

Pros

Flexible working hours, good, healthy atmosphere, wide range of trainings, good location, language classes for employees, pretty supportive managers, additional day off.

Cons

not the same conditions for everyone- mainly because this depends on the client you are working for, not really competitive salary- maybe because they are investing a lot in your development.
