Flexible working, good training, access to latest technology and innovations, collaborative and engaged management, ability to develop career in a variety of areas within TA

Cons

Need to be quite self sufficient and able to drive yourself as a self starter. Strong communications, like team work and pace.

Pros

Six months into my role and I know this is one of the best moves I made. Simple"liveable" values that are truly embraced by senior managers; flexibility to work in truly agile way; no prima donnas or sense of hierarchy; fair salary and benefits and great to be in a UK founded business that is growing into a global name.

Cons

Other than temperamental technology from time to time I have very little to complain about at AMS. Keep doing what you're doing!!!

Personal development is encouraged but is self managed, if you don't pursue it, it won't happen. The company is consistently winning new business and growing its client base.
