Collaborative environment, supportive team but the internal HR in Manila is rotten to the core. Whatever kind of transformation and rebranding you do will not save the company as long as you don't address what's rotten inside.

Cons

Fatty The leadership Brits fill their calendar with meetings, pat their back of how well done and productive they are. Then of course the seniority, your highness knows it all but when you asked her about day to day operations - 🙄🙄

The team is supportive, and collaboration is encouraged, especially during high-pressure hiring cycles.

Cons

At times, the workload can become quite intense, particularly during peak hiring periods, which can impact work-life balance. Growth opportunities and salary increments could be more competitive compared to market standards.
