Is this a real company?

Pros

Flexible work life balance. Most of the people are friendly and willing to help you. Good vacation time off and decent benefits.

Cons

The lack of professionalism and structure is truly appalling. Makes me question if this is even a real company? Everyone is leaving and I think my time will come soon. Management appears nice and but they will feed you lies and tell you what you want to hear. They are only out for themselves.

Pros

Decent PTO (some have more, some have less). There is very flexible working environment, and good people to work with. It is a good place to start and learn about recruitment. Good exposure to various accounts and industries.

Cons

There is a very big difference between the overall values of the company, and the ones that Cleveland upholds. In Cleveland, they're only wall decorations. This place is run by incompetent middle/upper micromanagement who are only interested in the bottom line, not the welfare or advancement of their employees. There are very few promotions a year, no raises and no bonuses, despite your hard work. Also, a large, LARGE number of people have left this place. But, management will not address it, and it is causing tension and uneasiness. In fact, employees are not allowed to talk about that, and those who put in their two weeks are SHUNNED by management. There is little support, and no accountability for managers who bring no value to the company or their teams. Other than approving PTO, they really take up space. Meanwhile, salaries are stagnant. There is NO transparency, and lots of whispering in the office. CSMs gamble with people's careers by not giving them heads up on changes in their accounts, selling employees on a "shared service" model that is a complete joke. In reality, you CANNOT be in charge of your career, because you are constantly redeployed into another crappy account, which means another onboarding process, and so on and so forth. Furthermore, team leads, with the exception of a very few, are being trained to continue this vicious cycle of a clique-based reward system. Where is HR in all this, you ask? This is a two-person operation, and they do NOTHING to regulate the lack of diversity and salary inequality. Unfortunately, AMS Cleveland is very far behind from their counterparts in the UK, in all aspects.
