Strong company values embraced and driven from the top down, fun employee events (in the UK- other regions outside of headquarters a little neglected), opportunity to do good work with limited bureaucracy.

Cons

Not willing to invest in the U.S. market to be successful (risk-aversed), understaffed resulting in poor work-life balance and burnout.

Pros

Offers flexible hours, relaxed office, training, progression. Modern office, free hot drinks and fresh fruit. Friendly management with lots of activities to get involved in. Free parking.

Cons

The pay isn't the best and any pay rises get shut down or they offer you a tiny increase. Promotions take ages to materialise if they even happen.
