Pros

- Excellent benefits and compensation - Kind colleagues - Focused training so you really get to grasp the overall process immediately

Cons

- The team is being asked to render OT a lot so obviously no work/life balance - Terrible management style - Micromanaging - HUGE chunk of meetings is being used just to give sermons to employees. This is a waste of time and just causes stress to employees. Employees end up rendering over time. - You can feel how superiors do not trust their employees and treat them like children. Even requires them to turn on their cameras when doing meetings just to make sure everyone is being attentive. - Overall, the company does not really care about employees' mental health. At first, I thought it was the other way around since they offer mental health leave... Imagine my disappointment when I started and got assigned to inconsiderate superiors. :( That was the biggest dealbreaker for me.

Pros

Initially we were working 100% remote, but depending on the account and your location you could be asked to come into the office. Also, pay is decent, but not great.

Cons

AMS started out as a great company, but recently has become a large disappointment. With understandable changes in the market comes internal changes, but at the expense of lower level employees. Initially, I felt supported by my leadership, protected, and properly trained. However, with high level leadership changes those pros became cons. With new leadership everyone felt as if they were always on the chopping block. That they did not have all of the facts, and that leadership would put employees on the chopping block to protect the clients.

Pros

depends on which account you are assigned provides trainings serves a stepping stone to gain experience in 1-2 years

Cons

Apply to other RPO companies direct companies for better salary and career opportunities Attrition rate is high sadly that you don't need metrics to support, just observe people come and go that often
