Cons

You can't growth within the company; they'd rather hire someone unexperienced than promote a team member. There's no engagement with the latam team. I wasn't allowed to keep growing, but my manager was comfortable enough to ask me to do their tasks and get all the credit. There's favoritism within the company, so a complaint will get you fired.
