Pros

AMS prioritizes their employee and overall have a great culture not just in Manila but in all other sites as well.

Cons

This is just in terms of equipment, not sure if they still have those really old laptops that can break your back but I experienced using that when I first started but then at the end of the day, it's still better to be provided a laptop so you can work from home even without the pandemic
