One of those company that says they are all about people...... the client is absolute king, Accept and promise everything to the client to the detriment of the team members. Also messed about with my start date and end date suggesting taking off my notice from last salary (this is contractual...!) If you want to be treated like poo, being put down and disrespected this is the company for you

-sometimes flexible in work and office set up (probably depending on the lead) -free food for emea shift -open to career shifters

Cons

-micromanagement (depends on the account) -not structured training (you're on your own most of the times) -Not clear role and responsibilities -team leads needs improvement -inclusivity needs improvement locally -not organized onboarding in terms of providing equipments, some equipments are not working either.

When clients are hiring things are good. The work was enjoyable. Good people and teams but can vary depending on the client. A global organization, with a lot of flexibility and focus on work-life balance.

Cons

The organization is highly siloed by client and area (sales, sourcing, recruiting, training, etc). Growth, they want talent and high performers but there is no plan for them to help retain them. Limited options to grow, especially with 5+ layoffs this year because hiring has softened.
