Poor management. Lacking business model.

Pros

Okay-ish benefits are given to employees.

Cons

Very experienced and valuable employees are leaving for the competition for a reason. The business model is lacking, employees are overworked and under appreciated. Turnover is SIGNIFICANT whether through quitting or erroneous reductions. Management does not empower employees to increase skill sets or provide the leadership to do so. They don't understand certain markets or how to penetrate them, hence losses in development. The inherent flaws will not be solved by treating hard working people that want to learn like replaceable parts in a machine. Stop talking about the values and start living them.

Childish clique-ish management

Pros

- some decent client names - okay contractor rates

Cons

- Immature management incapable of allowing grown-ups to take own decisions, highly political - if you challenge anything at any level, it is met with contempt and derision - Everything is KPI led and driven - no room for judgment, typically these are totally unrealistic and bear no resemblance to the role - Very little support - sink or swim environment - No social glue to keep people together, even permanent employees did not know where the HQ was! - Everything is a battle - getting expenses paid, given sub-standard tools to do job i.e. phone/laptop

Clients and Employees Run

Pros

Excellent Benefits Package! That's the only thing good about this company. If they had to publish there turn-over rate or how many times you move from one account to the next the clients will all leave to a more stable company.

Cons

The company lacks true leadership. It's a numbers driven company and the only thing they care about is numbers. No room for advancement opportunities, no real HR Dept (not visible), management make decisions without talking to each which leaves to a confused team, etc. To many managers for one account who all have different ways of doing things.
