The lack of professionalism and structure is truly appalling. Makes me question if this is even a real company? Everyone is leaving and I think my time will come soon. Management appears nice and but they will feed you lies and tell you what you want to hear. They are only out for themselves.

- Broken processes and systems - They have outsourced many basic HR functions to vendors, very difficult to get things done - No work/life balance. They see the word 'global' as a means to expect you're available all day and night (calls at 6 am and 10 pm on the same day not uncommon) - UK working style is outdated and unable to adapt to modern ways of working - Very UK-centric and it's not a better way of working. - Outdated technology, you will receive old machines that struggle to work at times - Lots of politics, constant organizational structural changes, people getting laid off every few months. About half the workforce has been laid off in recent years. - This is a struggling company, will be pleasantly surprised if they manage to keep the lights on in 5 years - Leadership is full of speeches and big words with little to show in terms of action - Many coworkers seem stressed and overworked.
