- Poor management - Complete disregard to work load and need for more team members - Very unorganized - Lack there of client information from management - Not a partner with a client, but rather a vendor

Pros

There is a ping pong room, the office is welcoming. Colleagues are very nice, very friendly. Jeff the overall boss for Belfast and Bracknell is really nice. They need to clone him quite a few times and replace some others.

Cons

There are so many bad managers. These managers do not encourage staff, they just continue to highlight a weakness as a fault. They don't look at the "data" (the reason why) If a team has a high staff turnover the manager is never questioned. The staff aren't treated fairly, if your face fits you get more benefits like working from home. Some managers talk negatively about their staff in an open office. I actually liked the company when I joined, but the management (some, not all) really need a manager manual 101. Kitchen is also far too small.

Pros

I was on site at Deloitte through AMS. The client is fantastic, they are such a great brand but unfortunately AMS really let them down.

Cons

I was on site at Deloitte through AMS and the biggest problem i had was with the Managers from AMS not the client. I was quickly embedded into the client but completely held back by AMS. The managers have been around a long time and think they are above the client.
