Company culture used to be great, colleagues are supportive

Cons

Culture has changed massively over the last couple of years, everything is about numbers, efficiency and I don't think anyone feels safe. Forever making people redundant, way too many colleagues were hired during the pandemic and now people are being laid off left right and centre. Would not advise anyone from the Uk to work here as everything is being moved to Manila or India, claim to care about their employees but this couldn’t be further from the truth. It's a real shame how much everything has changed. I used to love the company and my job, now it feels like everyone is just waiting for the next person to be laid off.

- Decent Compensation - Decent work-life balance (client allows hybrid schedule) - RPO experience doesn't differ much from being an in-house recruiter - Frequent updates from leadership on what is going on with clients across the business

Cons

- Lack of growth opportunities - Company is shifting towards having everyone based near office locations and being fully remote is not really offered now - Internal opportunities in AMS are shifting towards the Phillippines - Poor benefits for US based employees - Frequent layoffs and restructuring over the last year
