Management is incompetent and work on a reactive management style. They won't act until something actually happens. Management has no care for employees but all employees will give them all good ratings and say they did great because their pay raise is dependent on the review they give. Working there for many years I saw the company get cheaper and cheaper over time. For example there were 12 social events a year, this got dropped to 10 and last I was there even less. Morale is at an amazing low as I could not find one employee at the company that actually liked their job. A lot of employees stayed because it was the best job they could get. Management has no idea what morale is.
