Night staff does barely any work and no one does anything about it. Staff will make false claims against other co-workers to the H.R department and even if they are proven to be lying, nothing gets done about it. Staff will also report safety claims but mainly if it's against another employee they don't like.They will "promote" you but will not give you a raise if your a good worker. They will promote and give raises to emotionally unstable staff just so that they don't have to deal with them (apparently all you have to do is go to management/ H.R and cry about not getting promoted and voila! You get a promotion). There's an extreme amount of gossiping that goes around. A couple of the "team leads"just befriend a couple employees in their department and be nice to them, as for the other's in their department.. they leave all the work for them,lash out at them all the time, make rude comments to them on a daily basis, and once again nothing gets done about it!

Workflow is unstable, some months are loaded with overtime and some months you're asked to work part-time. Management doesn't seem to be on the same page. Upward movement is non-existent
