      Pros

      If you're new to the field, this is a great place to learn. When it's busy there is a lot of overtime potential

      Cons

      Workflow is unstable, some months are loaded with overtime and some months you're asked to work part-time. Management doesn't seem to be on the same page. Upward movement is non-existent

      Good pay with opportunities. There are always openings.

      Cons

      Dumbest and most inexperienced management at any company. If you play the political game, you're in. Your knowledge, experience, and accomplishments mean nothing compared to how you suck up.
