Their "open door policy" means you can communicate with all levels of management freely, rewards loyalty and hard work with opportunities in career advancement, a variety of roles and divisions offering a constant learning experience, global company with relocation opportunities, job security even in economic down-turn, colleagues that treat you like family and a good, positive and fun working atmosphere.

Cons

At times, the economic situation means low staff numbers and lots of overtime for the few that are left.

Pros

Lots of opportunities to grow and develop your career, most promotions are internal with the right person being given the opportunity to move upwards. Great managers, the majority genuinely care for their staff and try to do their best to reward them when they can.

Cons

Market is not stable leading to uncertainty in the current future planning of some cyclic divisions. Longevity of staff can lead to stifling of careers.
