Lots of opportunities to grow and develop your career, most promotions are internal with the right person being given the opportunity to move upwards. Great managers, the majority genuinely care for their staff and try to do their best to reward them when they can.
Cons
Market is not stable leading to uncertainty in the current future planning of some cyclic divisions. Longevity of staff can lead to stifling of careers.
