Supportive, brilliant starting company. State or the art methods and techniques. Team leaders can be a bit hit and miss but we do have some fantastic ones now!!

Cons

Long hours, pay not brilliant at lab technician level, however there is a lot of chance for progression.

Learn new things and lots of new stuff. Good for interns and fresh grads. They hire so many interns to cut cost and keep running. If you are an intern you will get in easily.

Cons

Base pay not competitive enough. Benefits and increment are poor.
