      Pros

      Supportive, brilliant starting company. State or the art methods and techniques. Team leaders can be a bit hit and miss but we do have some fantastic ones now!!

      Cons

      Long hours, pay not brilliant at lab technician level, however there is a lot of chance for progression.

      Dumbest and most inexperienced management at any company. If you play the political game, you're in. Your knowledge, experience, and accomplishments mean nothing compared to how you suck up.
