Great Company but has issues just like EVERY OTHER LARGE COMPANY

Great people Solid company Great benefits Flexible work schedule There is becoming a better focus on professional development with all levels. Great leadership Positive outlook with new CEO Promoting from within Safety is taken seriously with senior management

Cons

Too lean with staff support; promoting from within is not always positive; when financials aren't up to expectations, people are let go as opposed to looking at other options; communication from executive level is poor; people are not treated with respect from some managers--not all--. There isn't "transparency". Human Resources could use better leadership. All managers should be held to the same standard. More manager training would be helpful.
