Great Company but has issues just like EVERY OTHER LARGE COMPANY - Anonymous employee ALS Global Employee Review

Too lean with staff support; promoting from within is not always positive; when financials aren't up to expectations, people are let go as opposed to looking at other options; communication from executive level is poor; people are not treated with respect from some managers--not all--. There isn't "transparency". Human Resources could use better leadership. All managers should be held to the same standard. More manager training would be helpful.
