Pros

Lots of Learning Opportunities thrown in the deep end, although you have to make your own career progress/path.

Cons

Very low salary, no formal / structured career progression. There are many useless managerial roles which are over paid and typically deliver low value to the company. Tradies receive way more money then the engineers, even though the engineers are often capable and need to assist and are bought in when jobs are too difficult for the tradies. The engineers are also more valuable in terms of work scope then tradies but recieve less.

This is something that we have received comments on in the past. We regularly review pay in relation to the economy and local job market to ensure that we remain within a reasonable range. While we can't always pay top wages, we try to retain our employees by also offering other features such as extended health benefits, educational re-imbursement, a positive work environment, additional vacation time etc...
