      Pros

      Most of my coworkers are really nice and easy to work with. You can pretty much make your own schedule.

      Cons

      There is blatant favoritism where the laziest employees get promoted because they suck up to the supervisor. This is a very dishonest company. They lied and told us we'd get raises and then changed it one month later.

      Good place to start out for entry-level experience.

      Pros

      Great place to get experience in many analytical chemistry methods, if you are willing to stick around for at least five years. I was told by a supervisor that instead of moving up, you move laterally, meaning that you have the opportunity to move to different departments to learn new skills, which can be considered a plus for padding the resume.

      Cons

      Not much room for advancement. The pay and benefits are pretty lousy, although the company will tell you that they are typical with the industry standards. Employees are expected to work many long hours during the Summer and through Fall, but come Winter, they get laid off, and have to supplement the income with unemployment compensation.

      Struggling to find one Pro about this company

      Cons

      * During CVOID19, these people made even for IT team when we could have worked from home. They are putting employee and their family at risk. * Hire and fire is at will - They literal mean it and no concern about employee. * May be they are little better for Lab employees, but IT organization is big mess. they can't keep the promise, advise IT folks to not take any chance with this company. *
