Pros

Flexible schedule. Benefits are decent.

Cons

Management... is not great. It's a culture of blame, public shaming, and bullying employees. Communication is non-existent. Retention is poor. Departments are understaffed. No upwards mobility. Forced vacation time in winter. Overtime is forbidden except during the end of the month when it becomes mandatory in order to meet budget.

Dishonest company - avoid at all costs

Pros

Its a job that allowed you to live pay check to pay check. They do have benefits.

Cons

They treat employees like numbers, not individuals. Dishonest and incompetent Leadership team, new CIO and Executives. Staff lack accountability and support. Poor pay and benefits. There is no work life balance. No profit sharing even for senior employees (only tiny year end bonus). Micromanagement on all levels. No training or education. Employees don't have any room to grow. Stressful job and wages do not reflect the amount of responsibility and ever changing expectations. Very bad environment. Managers don't care. Very low morale. Too much work load and requirements. Would never recommend anyone to work for this company.
