Cons

Growth is hard, and new systems are harder. While there is a desire to be more inclusive in the work, agriculture, especially when the focus is on farmland (and those who own, manage, and work with it) is a challenging space to make more just, inclusive, equitable, or diverse.

Great smart passionate team, meaningful and holistic mission, remote work is built in option and systems are set up for it.

Cons

Dispersed, systems are being set up, growth mode so some growing pains, not very diverse. Honestly its a great organization to work for. Lots of smart folks.
