AFT interview questions

The interview process was extremely drawn out and non-communicative. I was constantly being told a deadline for a decision or a notice, only to have that deadline be surpassed by weeks or months. From initial application to final interview was about 4 confusing months.

phone screen, followed by two virtual interviews with Finance Team members (Finance Associate and CFO), 1 week apart. I was verbally offered immediately after the 2nd interview (same day), contingent upon successful background check.
