Pros

A good amount of time off. Work remote

The job was very stressful in itself, but then you may have 2 or 3 people sending you messages while you are trying to help someone asking when you will finish. I am very customer oriented and to do a crappy job just to close my ticket is not for me. Some of those people were elderly and it took a lot of extra time dealing with them. It took so long for people to get in by calling, that they waited until they had multiple issues before they would even call. I was one of the higher ticket closers, so i am not even sure how they treated the people that couldn't keep up.

Bonus is easy to obtain

Cons

Listening to clients swearing at you all day long. Back to back calls with micromanaging from "COMMAND". Which is a department that sends you a notice if you are off the phone for 45 seconds after each call. They sit there all day and harass you...even when you just got off a call and need to finish notes. 45 SECONDS! Come on ADT...45 seconds, really??
