      Pros

      Very flexible and I believe in what I sell. Earning potential is unlimited and I have co workers well over 100,000

      Cons

      I have not hit my potential for earning there. They provide almost no leads. Customer service can be bad due multiple reasons. Anytime you have a benefits question, you have to call an 800 number and talk to someone who has a very thick accent and it’s VERY frustrating.

      - You get to work alone - You get to work with your hands

      Cons

      - You don't get paid for the first or last 45 min of your drive time - You don't get provided all the training needed to do the job - You don't get provided all the tools to do the job - You have to cater to the salesmen and they over sell and over promise customers when the tech can't do half the things the salesmen said you could - You don't have good communication with supervisors, they are a state away - You get to deal with drama
