Used to be a good commission structure, great bonuses. Total sales & self generated sales!!

Cons

Lack of appointments, Our own customer service trying to sale your appointments before you get to the homeowner! Commission only! You drive your own car, pay your own gas, and tolls. Basically, working as a small business owner. Now you are forced to find your own business (Sg's) to make most of your Money. The appointment is shut off for the most part!! This company sucks now for sales people!! WENT FROM LIKE 25 COMPANY APPOINTMENTS EVERY MONTH AND NOW IT'S LIKE 5!!
