Cares about numbers NOT about customers

Pros

Pay is good for a call center and even though they are not the best, you do get benefits. You can’t get bored because you take different types of calls.

Cons

ADT cares only about numbers. They don’t care how you handle the call as long as you get them off the phone and move on to the next one. I understand you have to have metrics at a call center, otherwise there is no guideline on taking calls and nothing would get done. I have worked for other call centers and have never seen such disregard to Customer service in order to get those metrics met.

Pros

Great brand name. Industry leader

Cons

Hard to work for a manager/management that continues to demoralize and demean sales team What I've seen and lived through over the last 2-3 years I can't honestly with good faith refer anyone to work at ADT Manager style makes most of the sales team want to transfer or even quit. 5 people on sales team quit with the last 6 months.

Pros

Stable schedule, higher base pay than surrounding like jobs, on site cafeteria, daily cleaning by on site cleaning crew, business casual dress code

Cons

Lots of double standards and vague policies, poor training, poor upper management communication, faulty/broken or outdated equipment, advancement not based on skill level
