Pros

The people involved in the company can be great.

Cons

High pressure, low reward, barely adequate training. They're also inflexible when it comes to minor infractions of rules.

Pros

At this point, there aren't any. They do keep the costs down at the cafeterias for the call center employees.

Cons

Unrealistic deadlines, too many managers, no solid IT direction, the different IT areas do not work well together if at all and no recognition by management to the contribution of IT member in the office

Pros

Health Insurance benefits are good.

Cons

Everything, managment from every level is awful. They do not care about the customers or the employees. You are treated as if they OWN you. I made 100.00 a week the last four months of the six I worked there and it cost me money to run my car into the ground for them. I had to give up and leave, they are now blocking my unemployment. You are expected to make at least fifty calls a day into peoples homes who did not ask for you to call. That means if they are on the DNC list you have to call fifty who are not and one night a week you have to make 100 calls into homes. No excuses, you must do this or they will stop giving you leads making it impossible for you to succeed. No matter how much business you book, it is NEVER enough, They hire in mass send you for training that has nothing to do with their products, then send you out to sell alarms you know nothing about how they work, Every customer gets a different price based on calling your manager and asking for the price the customer wants to pay. IF it is the end of the month you will get the best deal so they can get their "Units". I could go on, but what is the use. They have their big company attorneys to fight for them, scares most people enough to shut up and run. Corporate officers say they care, but they will ignore your comments and complaints until you go away. There are more people lining up at the door who need a job and will try to make this work just like I did. Run away as fast as you can....
