If you're realistic about working in a call center environment and hold yourself accountable to control what you can control/your own actions, none.

Pros

Good training program. Nice benefits

Cons

I was optimistic with the training and have been in sales for several decades, but the reality was not as credible as they wanted you to believe. Plus, it’s not truly inbound sales. They have another whole team of outbound which were transferring you calls that were crazy. a lot of times that people didn’t even know why they were on the phone that doesn’t make it very salable. Dreaded going to work, That’s no way to live.
