      Pros

      Freedom to use your better judgment once properly trained. Can be fast paced and exciting at times. Not locked down in one post.

      Cons

      No goals to reach for, and the training is not ongoing. The evaluation process never allows you to get a decent raise. An F.T.O. working for fifteen years with the company was barely making 15 per hr. seems like a waste after devoting a quarter century of your life.
