Free time. For the most part, you are able to define your own schedule.

Cons

Managements, admin., and installer's lack of respect for and cooperation w/ sales people. Installers often bad mouthed company and sales reps to customer. Sales Manager often not available when requested . . ., left office at 12 noon (3 hour day). Known to curse out reps on the floor, in front of other departments.

no support from management, treat employee's as disposable. No training in product or internal proceedures. Your on your own with no recognition for a job well done but plenty of criticism for anything wrong.
