Pros

Benefits are good: matchng 401K, tuition reimbursement, vacation, sick time, stock purchase plan. Schedules are fairly flexible. Pay is average and most employees are eenjoyable to work with. The business unit that I work in takes great effort in recognizing its employees accomplishments. They also do everything possible to accomodate schedule conflicts and time off when required. Management is easy to communicate with and keeps everyone advised of their performance and general company information.

Cons

There is little room for advancement. Many senior managers have been in the same or similar position for years creating stagnation. When implementing change, input from the people effected should be considered.
