uncomfortable outdoor work which i hate and dont like, wear sunscreen. protect yourself against shady people. you make alot of money

Pros

There is a great deal of flexibility. Also being able to work independently without no one looking over your shoulders. The mandated dress code is suite and tie.

Cons

100% commission is a hard way to live. So often these companies give you all of these strategies and act like if you just do what they tell you to do, you will be successful. That's not true.

Company structure constantly changing, commission earnings are dependent on a series of events that are often out of the rep's control, numbers driven with little rep praise, little care for customer service, poor communication between representatives and installation department
