advancement opprotunities are availible there, not to mention the fact that you are being trained by the industry leader with latest technology

offices were highly centralize within large geographical areas, that makes it harder to get to understand and serve your customer base

Pros

Feel good about a job that helps protect people and property. The 401K is really good with a full match up to 5%. Great, cutting edge technology for customers.

Cons

Internal systems are old and outdated. Salaries are low outside of the national accounts sales staff. The company isn't that good at bringing in and retaining talent. Talent management of current employees is non existent. The company isn't willing to spend money to do the job right and get the employees what they need to do their jobs.
