Weekly pay Good benefits Casual office environment Not difficult work Top notch name recognition

Cons

Inconsistencies in billing Not the best training after QuickStart Sr management only looks at #s Drawbacks on old sales that cancel Rah rah conference calls Turnover within the company No common sense in scheduling appointments. Drive from one town to another then back to original town which are on opposite sides of your hometown can get very frustrating

Pros

ADT's compensation structure provides the potential for earning a decent income. Work schedule is quite flexible. Very rarely had to work a complete 8 hours in one day in order to do my job.

Cons

Management very insensitive to needs and concerns of sales staff. They would never listen and would frequently make decisions which were detrimental to both the company and the employees. Always blamed the sales people for management's bad decisions.
