ADT provides a very positive and healthy work environment. They offer amazing daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses and incentives. At the end of the day you know you're preventing bad things from happening to good people. It is very rewarding.

Cons

The cons I would consider working for the number one brand in the market, while our prices do provide the best service and guarantees that are available, smaller locally owned companies are able to provide inferior service for a much lower price. Humans don't want to think about what would happen in the event of ACTUALLY using the system.
